Having a blah day? Feeling a little meh and pretty much just in a low funky kind of mood is something I know all too well. I can write about various possible reasons why you’re having this experience at this particular time. But wouldn’t it feel great to DO something about it without having to get deep or figure it out?
I offer guidance and emotional support to women in my one on one sessions. That’s the place for figuring things out and getting deep enough to make positive lasting change. But sometimes it’s nice to just have quick comfort when you’re settled into accepting that you’re in a funk.
