It’s tempting to see these 8 ways as things you may have already tried. You may feel like you’ve done all there is to do. Or you may be tempted to think to yourself that these 8 ways won’t make a difference. You may even think that they’re too out of your comfort zone. But that’s the whole point!
I made this list to inspire and encourage you. The intention is to welcome new energy to break your old routine. Even if you’ve done many of the things on this list in the past, to try them again with an intention of awakening new energy can make the experience totally different. And if some of these suggestions seem too difficult or different from what you’re used to, that’s great! Because new energy sometimes requires new experiences. If you’ve ever felt like you need to shake things up in your routine or felt like your day to day life is getting stale, now is always the time to start creating new energy.
