Hypnotherapy is a collaboration between the client and the hypnotist that takes place during trance to create healing.
The client is awake and totally aware of what is happening.
The client is in control and focused inwardly while the hypnotherapist serves as a guide during trance.
Clients are guided into a relaxed state where the subconscious mind is more flexible and open to healing change.
